What the job is
Scope: Modular and built-in cabinets, countertops, and non-hospital metal casework across 14 campus buildings, including housing, medical, administration, education, and support spaces. Exclude window sills.
Materials: Solid surface countertops and HPL plastic laminate cabinets with melamine interiors, except where specialized materials are required.
Inmate areas: Phenolic countertops in dayrooms and plywood substrates throughout inmate areas; no substitutions.
Wet areas: Marine-grade casework required.
Performance: ADA-compliant casework; countertops must support their own weight plus 350 pounds.
Installation: Phased installation from June 2027 through February 2028, including coordination with design and construction teams.
