Stack dryer: One new natural-gas unit with two independently controlled 55-lb compartments, reversing tumble operation, and programmable time, temperature, and cool-down; UniMac or equivalent.
Flatwork ironer: One new gas-heated, front-feed/front-return unit with minimum 120-inch usable width, minimum 12-inch heated roll, approximately 15–40 FPM variable speed, 240V/60Hz/three-phase compatibility, canopy, and blower; Sharper Finish GF1200X120-240 or equivalent.
Installation: Include freight, unloading, placement, anchoring, final connections to provided utility points, dryer and ironer exhaust to the exterior with sealed wall penetrations, required makeup air, permits, startup, testing, and on-site training. Separately price additional foundation or building modifications.
