What the job is
Fleet: Vehicles seating 7, 8, 10, 12, and/or 15 passengers, with program branding and backup vehicles. Current fleet totals 288 vehicles; quantities are not guaranteed.
Services: Vehicle insurance, maintenance, repairs, towing, driver screening and safety training, customer support, employer outreach, and monthly reporting.
Deployment: Supply new vanpools within 14 days of receiving complete customer information and provide a transition plan for existing riders.
Pricing: Monthly lease rates by vehicle capacity and mileage band from 200 to 5,000 miles; itemize all additional charges and show rider costs after an eligible subsidy of up to $500 per month.
Term: Two years, with three optional one-year extensions.
