Qualifications: Licensed to do business in Florida with at least 5 years of continuous, recent relevant experience and 3 references for similar services.
Term and pricing: Three-year base term, anticipated start January 1, 2027, plus two optional one-year extensions. Provide annual retainer pricing for each year, including expenses, and hourly rates for additional services.
