Material: Stormwater drain cleaning waste, including sediment, silt, sand, gravel, organic debris, trash, oil, grease, and water or sludge.
Estimated quantities: 325 tons of non-hazardous waste, 1 ton of hazardous waste, and 4 waste tests.
Services: Provide roll-off containers, pickup, hauling, and disposal at an FDEP-permitted landfill, transfer station, or recycling facility with certified scales and permits to accept the applicable waste.
Pricing: Separate all-inclusive per-ton rates for non-hazardous and hazardous waste, plus per-test pricing. Include trucking, container delivery and pickup, disposal, franchise fees, fuel surcharges, and administrative fees.
Requirements: Valid Miami-Dade County Waste Hauler Permit and Hialeah non-exclusive hauling franchise; provide load manifests and disposal weight tickets. Initial service term is one year, with four optional annual renewals.
