Qualifications: Prequalification in roadway construction engineering inspection (Work Group 10.1) and construction materials inspection (Work Group 10.3), with appropriately certified staff.
Schedule: Estimated January 2027 start, with 10 months of construction plus 90 days for closeout. Include 30 working days for preliminary administration and 30 calendar days for demobilization; staff must be available within two weeks of authorization.
