What the job is
Services: Advise on coverage needs, market insurance programs, negotiate terms, and support policy placement and renewals.
Program: Property and casualty coverage for approximately $519 million in insured property values, including coastal, windstorm, flood, liability, workers’ compensation, and specialty exposures.
Support: Provide coverage reviews, policy documentation, certificates, claims assistance, risk-management consultation, and transition support for the March 1, 2027 renewal.
Qualifications: Florida-licensed team with at least five years of experience placing complex property programs, including Florida governmental accounts exceeding $500 million in total insured values.
Compensation: Provide transparent compensation details and comply with applicable brokerage and intermediary compensation limits.
