Surface PreparationDeep-clean and machine-sand all court surfaces; patch uneven areas and areas holding water.
Crack RepairMeasure and repair all cracks, using RiteWay for cracks over 12 inches long or 1/8 inch wide.
ResurfacingApply two coats of California Products acrylic base coat and two coats of sand-filled acrylic color coating over all court surfaces.
Line StripingPaint six sets of pickleball lines in three colors, including kitchen, serving, and border areas.
QualificationsFlorida business license and current California Products and RiteWay application certifications are required; no product alternates are accepted.
ScheduleWork hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with an anticipated start date of October 5, 2026.
PricingProvide a lump-sum price with separate costs for preparation, crack repairs, resurfacing coats, color coats, line striping, and an optional full-court fiberglass membrane.
