Maintenance: Include routine upkeep and accident or storm damage repairs; emergency response within 36 hours, repairs within 30 days, and required replacements within 45 days.
Systems and staffing: Maintain a real-time program database, mobile-accessible public website, staffed Florida office, and senior clerk support in Tallahassee during renewals.
Pricing: Provide an annual administrative fee per permit including routine maintenance; separate per-sign rates for supports, footers, and breakaway structures; per-square-foot rates for panels and new or replacement signs; and a senior clerk hourly rate.
