Field observation: Daily construction observation and reports, quality monitoring, installed quantity checks, record drawing checks, and traffic control inspections.
Administration: Review schedules and payment requests, track changes, help with submitted documents and information requests, attend progress meetings, and coordinate utilities.
Closeout: Prepare lists of unfinished work, review operation and maintenance documents, and support asset records and warranty documentation.
Staffing: Provide qualified personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
Duration: Estimated construction completion is late 2028.
