What the job is
Scope: Secure deposit pickups, delivery to JPMorgan Chase, and change order deliveries.
Estimated annual volume: 260 same-day deposit pickups, 3,484 next-day deposit pickups, and 160 change order deliveries.
Schedule: Location-specific weekday pickups, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern, with narrower windows at select sites. Same-day pickups at 325 Central Avenue must occur before noon; all deposits are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on the required day.
Term: Three years, with two optional one-year renewals.
Qualifications: At least three years of armored collection experience and active Florida Class B agency licensure; armed personnel must have three years of Class G licensure and two years of employment with your firm. Personnel must be bonded and pass applicable background screenings.
Coverage: $1 million general liability per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, $1 million auto liability, workers' compensation, and a $500,000 fidelity bond.
Emergency service: Evening, weekend, and holiday availability, a 24-hour contact number, and arrival within 30 minutes of an emergency request.
Pricing: Please provide all-inclusive per-pickup rates for same-day and next-day deposits, plus separate rates for change order deliveries and emergency pickups.
