What the job is
911 infrastructure: NENA i3-compliant, geographically diverse ESInet and core services with redundant connectivity; equipment-based hosted call handling and long-term recording, rather than cloud-based infrastructure.
Capacity: 128 call-handling positions and 15 remote laptops; approximately 600,000 emergency calls, 600,000 administrative calls, and 5,000 text-to-911 calls annually.
Software: Integrated CAD, Windows/iOS/Android mobile data, browser-based CAD, law enforcement records management with at least 400 concurrent users, and NERIS-compliant fire records management.
Integration and deployment: Existing call-handling/CAD interfaces, LEISS data feeds, legacy data migration, installation, testing, and onsite training.
Support and pricing: 24/7/365 support with onsite resources. Separate implementation, licensing, recurring support, usage charges, and optional costs over a 10-year term. Identify assumptions and the components you can provide.
