What the job is
Business cards: 3.5" × 2", premium white cover stock, minimum 100 lb.; standard one-color, two-color, and full-color printing in boxes of 100, 250, 500, and 1,000. Raised thermographic printing in one or two colors in boxes of 250, 500, and 1,000.
Envelopes: Virgin and recycled white, colored, kraft, Tyvek, and interoffice styles; commercial sizes No. 6¾, No. 9, and No. 10, plus open-end, clasp, and coin envelopes. Include window, security tint, peel-and-seal, and string-and-button options. Quote each type with pack quantity and unit price.
Envelope stock: White wove minimum 24 lb.; virgin brightness minimum 92; recycled brightness 83–85 and opacity minimum 88. Mailing envelopes must meet USPS requirements.
Printing options: Envelopes supplied plain unless printing is requested. Separately price one-, two-, three-, and full-color envelope printing per 1,000, plus optional PMS colors, additional logos, variable printing, layout, rush production, and business card extras.
Proofs and delivery: Initial electronic proof included; business card proofs within three business days and delivery within 14 calendar days after written proof approval. Include packaging and freight in pricing.
Order period: As-needed orders from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2029, with firm pricing and no guaranteed minimum volume.
