What the job is
Control panel: Replace and upgrade the existing fuel storage control panel module (510 1250) with a UL508A-labeled fuel management panel, main disconnect, and color touchscreen displaying two belly/day tanks, two pumps, floats, and main tank details.
Pump controls: Include HOA switches, magnetic motor starters and overloads for each pump, pump alternation and sequencing, and panel indicator lights.
Integration: Provide BMS communication over Modbus, control of existing fuel oil pumps, and fuel system control and notification.
Level sensing: Include a four-float level sensor for the main belly tank, float level sensors for the auxiliary belly tank, and interface with new level switches on existing belly/day tanks.
Installation and pricing: Fully install and test the new panel. Include all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and warranty in the total price, with warranty details.
