Composting: Approximately 25 carts and 9 dumpsters, with pickups varying by location from every other week to three times weekly; transport food waste and yard trimmings to a permitted composting facility.
Recycling: Collect single-stream materials, cardboard, and scrap metal at Nederland, Allenspark, Lyons, and Niwot drop-off sites; supply required containers and clean each site with every haul.
Additional hauling: Provide event roll-offs, separate wood, scrap metal, and mixed construction debris containers, and per-unit hauling and recycling of CFC-containing appliances.
Compactor service: Annual maintenance and as-needed repairs for five compactors; respond to repair calls and requested compactor emptying within 24 hours.
Pricing: Itemize container rental, scheduled collection, per-haul and delivery charges, disposal fees, after-hours rates, and maintenance labor and parts. Include monthly weight reporting and twice-yearly trash service audits.
