Vehicle counts: Collect 24-hour entry and exit counts at all access points in hourly increments; 15-minute increments preferred where possible.
Peak activity: Count inbound and outbound bicycles, pedestrians, and passengers entering or exiting vehicles during AM and PM peaks. Record entering vehicle counts and occupants per vehicle for approximately three hours each peak, plus passenger drop-off and pick-up activity.
Parking data: Capture vehicle and bicycle rack utilization and accumulation with at least three snapshots per 24 hours, plus parked-vehicle license plate data with secure handling.
Schedule: Anticipated fieldwork in fall 2026/spring 2027, weekdays only, preferably Tuesday–Thursday, avoiding holidays, school breaks, major events, and adverse weather.
Deliverables: Work plan, methodology, schedule, progress updates, documented quality checks, raw and validated datasets, summary tables, supporting spreadsheets/databases, and a concise final report.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive lump sum covering labor, equipment, technology, and expenses; identify optional tasks and excluded unit costs separately.
