Design Scope: Preliminary and final design for traffic calming, bicycle infrastructure, pedestrian amenities, roadway, drainage, lighting, landscape, and signing/striping improvements.
Bridge Scope: Preliminary and final design for the Tabor Street bridge crossing over I-70, including configuration, pedestrian and bicycle accommodations, plans, details, specifications, and cost estimate.
Survey and Utilities: Topographic survey, utility investigation, utility coordination with up to 10 owners, and up to 40 test hole excavations.
Environmental and Geotechnical: Environmental documentation, water quality review, geotechnical investigation, pavement recommendations, and bridge foundation recommendations.
Deliverables: 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, project manual, bid support, and construction support services.
