- Doors: McKinney galvanized hollow metal doors, including single doors, double doors, windowed doors, and one interior door.
- Hardware: Hinges, closers, thresholds, weather seals, sweeps, Von Duprin exit devices, and Schlage rim cylinder locks.
- Finish: Paint doors and frames with Tnemec 73 with UV protection to match existing color.
- Warranty: One-year workmanship warranty and standard manufacturer warranties.
- Schedule: Work must be completed within 30 days after receipt of all items.
