What the job is
Term: Short-term support for up to 12 months, with ability to begin promptly.
Reconciliation: Validate beginning balances and reconcile 2026 activity by fund, department, account, project, and grant.
Accounts: Support reconciliations for bank and investment accounts, AP/AR, payroll, utility billing, tax revenues, capital assets, debt, leases, grants, projects, and interfund balances.
Systems: Reconcile Tyler ERP Pro 10 actuals, budgets, and encumbrances to OpenGov imports and reports.
Close and audit prep: Prepare exception logs, correcting entries, monthly workpapers, close checklists, audit-ready schedules, and supporting documentation.
Documentation: Provide written procedures, staff training, reference materials, and a final transition summary.
