Payment systemsBoth machines require Cantaloupe G11 or newer card readers, latest-model bill validators, and coin mechanisms with one nickel, one dime, three quarter, and one dollar coin tube. Coordinate selections, labels, and payment configurations with the operator.
Equipment requirementsNewly manufactured units from a manufacturer or factory-authorized supplier; ADA compliant, NAMA listed, with applicable UL and energy compliance. Front loading, GFCI-protected cords, surge protection, and locks keyed alike.
Delivery and installationComplete within 35 calendar days of order receipt; schedule two weeks ahead. Lift-gate truck required for loading-bay delivery. Include placement, leveling, banding units together, programming, testing, training, and packaging removal.
RemovalRemove three existing vending machines for trade-in or recycling; include trade-in credit or removal charges.
Warranty and pricingInclude manufacturer warranties and 90 days of free parts and labor after installation. Itemize equipment, freight, setup/training, installation labor rate, removal or trade-in, and warranty coverage.
