Inspections: Monthly visual inspections and reports for three years.
Testing: Annual certification of the Veeder-Root TLS-300 leak monitoring system and sensors; one round of overfill prevention and secondary containment testing.
Training and repairs: Annual site-specific training, training for new employees, and routine and urgent repair services.
Qualifications: Current California C-61/D-40 license, ICC California UST System Operator certificate, and an office or technician within 60 driving miles. Urgent repairs require arrival onsite within two hours of dispatch.
Site visit: Attendance is required October 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the service address.
