What the job is
Event coverage: Film sessions, speakers, event footage, and participant interviews October 20–22, 2026. Provide a production team of up to four and professional video and audio equipment.
Planning: Develop the filming schedule, interview plan, and participant releases.
Deliverables: Edit one approximately five-minute video, six videos of up to 60 seconds, one 30-second video, and approximately seven 15-second videos. Include reasonable revisions and final files for web and social use.
Budget: Keep the all-inclusive quote, including travel and post-production, at or below $19,999.
