Server upgrades: Upgrade 20 physical and eight virtual servers to Windows Server 2022, and five SQL servers from SQL Server 2017 to 2022. Include required software and licenses.
Application upgrades: Upgrade three C-CURE 9000 application servers from 2.8.9 to 3.00.4 CU04 and 20 Milestone XProtect Corporate servers from 2022 R3 to 2025 R3, cumulative update 25.3. Client upgrades cover approximately 86 C-CURE and 110 Milestone clients, with final counts to be confirmed.
Integration: Configure C-CURE event pop-ups on Milestone Smart Walls using the existing integration license, migrate Milestone communications to HTTPS port 443, and include testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications and labor: Authorized Milestone and Software House dealer with XProtect Corporate Advanced Technician and C-CURE Integrator/Maintainer certifications. Include both manufacturers’ professional services, travel, phased migration, and after-hours/weekend work while preserving existing integrations and minimizing downtime. Remote work must be performed within the United States.
Support and pricing: Include one-year hardware support, 24/7 emergency coverage with two-hour telephone and four-hour onsite response, and an hourly rate for unanticipated after-hours hardware maintenance. Itemize hardware, manufacturer services, labor, and taxes.
