What the job is
Controllers: Replace three existing PLCs with appropriately sized Modicon M580 controllers, using existing cabinets and I/O terminations.
Integration: Transfer control logic, develop HMI screens, and maintain Emerson Ovation DCS communications, alarms, reporting, and data historization.
Delivery: Design the PLC network and panel updates, program the systems, complete factory and site acceptance testing, recommission the RO and Biofor systems, and provide documentation and operator training.
