What the job is
Scope: Spring and fall inspections, leak diagnostics, preventive maintenance, weatherproofing, localized repairs, and cleaning and repair of roof drainage and flashing. Full or partial roof replacements are excluded.
Roof systems: Asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, and tile. TPO work requires certified personnel and preservation of existing warranties.
Emergency coverage: 24/7 availability; critical emergencies require arrival within two hours, and urgent repairs within 24 hours.
Qualifications: California C-39 roofing license and at least five years of relevant experience.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates for regular, overtime, and emergency service for each year, including labor, travel, tools, and disposal, plus materials and equipment pricing.
