CoverageRoutine hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays, with arrival within one hour; 24/7 STAT availability with arrival within two hours and STAT radiology results within four hours.
ReportsRoutine reports within 24 hours, critical findings communicated immediately with reports within one hour, and secure online access to results.
StaffingCalifornia licensed/certified technicians and board-certified interpreting professionals; technicians must have at least 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the past five years.
PricingConfirm acceptance of Medicare/Medi-Cal reimbursement rates and provide a separate STAT fee per patient per visit. No service volume is guaranteed.
