- Meter data managementRead 13 meters (nine generation and four interchange), apply Roseville’s Validation, Editing and Estimation policy, aggregate readings, and flag meter communication failures.
- Data submission and deliverySubmit 5-minute Settlement Quality Meter Data (SQMD) to CAISO for four generation resources and one aggregated load per its metering requirements. Deliver hourly or sub-hourly individual and aggregated readings, plus 5-minute SQMD, via SFTP or API.
- Optional auditsCover five SQMD plans with annual affirmations and self-audit attestations every even year beginning in 2028, including CAISO tariff 10.3.10.1 compliance, meter testing documentation review, findings, and corrective actions.
- PricingProvide fixed annual prices for each of five years, anticipated May 2027–April 2032. Separate meter data services and optional audits, and include any bundled discounts and hourly rates for scope changes.
