Monthly scopeHigh dusting, window/blind cleaning, detail vacuuming, roll-up door dusting, concrete floor wet mopping, furniture cleaning, and restroom floor machine scrubbing.
Semi-annual scopeCarpet and rug shampooing, plus strip/wax/buff of VCT and vinyl flooring using anti-static wax in technical work areas.
SuppliesContractor provides labor, equipment, cleaning materials, paper products, trash liners, and consumables.
RequirementsCurrent local business license, at least 3 years of corporate or industrial janitorial experience, backup staffing capacity, required insurance, and green cleaning products/practices.
