Schedule: Monday–Friday after 6:00 pm, January 2027–December 2029.
Cleaning: Dust, clean floors, entrance glass and counters, remove trash and recycling, and dispose of food scraps separately.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, showers and locker rooms; refill dispensers; maintain waterless urinals; allow at least 10 minutes of disinfectant contact time.
Site tasks: Clean Water Resource Center lab and office waste bins, copy room, gym, staff tables and outdoor trash stations; refill trail dog-waste bags; clean three City Hall stairwells, including landings and handrails.
Floor equipment: Include floor scrubbing and floor care every six months; supply equipment and tools; cleaning supplies, paper products, hand soap and trash liners are provided.
Insurance: Licensed, insured and registered with California DIR for janitorial services.
