What they need

Soil removalExcavate approximately 145 tons of PCE-contaminated soil to approximately 6 feet deep; transport and dispose of as U210 listed hazardous waste. Limit open excavation along the foundation to 10 linear feet at a time.
ConcreteSurvey existing grades, wet saw cut and remove approximately 1,200 square feet of pavement, and replace with 8-inch reinforced concrete matching existing grades.
BackfillSupply and place approximately 145 tons of clean MDOT Class II sand, compacted to 95% Modified Proctor density, including required testing.
Test pits and tanksExcavate 3 test pits approximately 3 feet deep and open, inspect, and characterize contents of up to 3 underground storage tanks if encountered. Separately price cleaning and closure in place or removal of 3 tanks up to 1,000 gallons each, including disposal of up to 3 drums of residuals per tank.
Included costsMobilization, surveying, waste characterization, disposal documentation, air monitoring, dust control, and required material testing. Prevailing wage rates apply.
SchedulePlanned completion by June 30, 2027; regular working hours are weekdays, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
