What the job is
Non-hazardous waste: Cannabis flower/bud, cannabis oil, cigarettes, tobacco products, drinks, edibles, and other cannabis products.
Hazardous waste: Liquid nicotine and all-in-one cannabis or nicotine pods containing lithium-ion batteries.
Schedule: Approximately monthly per facility, plus as-needed pickups; volumes and frequency are not guaranteed. Service runs November 16, 2026, or later pending approval, through June 30, 2027, during weekday business hours, with two optional annual extensions through June 30, 2029.
Containers: Supply lidded, DOT-approved containers in 3-cubic-yard and 95-, 90-, 55-, 50-, and 30-gallon sizes, or equivalents; immediately replace collected hazardous waste containers.
Handling and documentation: Use a permitted treatment, storage, and disposal facility; provide waste profiles, manifests, pickup weights, chain-of-custody records, and certificates of disposal and destruction. Keep loads separate from other clients unless approved otherwise.
Pricing: Provide a separate all-inclusive rate per net pound for each waste type for the initial term and both optional years. Include labor, transportation, containers, supplies, equipment, and waste profiles; exclude container tare weight. No minimum service charges.
