What the job is
Waste types: Liquid nicotine, cannabis/nicotine pods, batteries including lithium-ion, cannabis flower and oil, cigarettes, tobacco products, edibles, and drinks.
Schedule: Estimated monthly pickups per facility, plus as-needed service, during weekday business hours. Anticipated service period: November 9, 2026–June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
Containers: Supply lidded, DOT-approved containers in 30, 50, 55, 90, and 95-gallon and 3-cubic-yard sizes, or equivalents; immediately replace hazardous waste containers upon pickup.
Handling and documentation: Maintain separate, traceable loads; weigh waste at pickup; provide manifests, chain-of-custody records, and certified destruction documentation.
Qualifications: Required hazardous waste hauling registration, carrier and disposal facility permits, trained personnel, and applicable insurance.
Pricing: Provide rates per net pound for each waste type, including labor, transport, containers, supplies, equipment, and waste profiles, excluding container tare weight.
