What the job is
Scope: Pump, remove, and dispose of grease trap, septic tank, and used cooking oil waste; remove debris, scrape tank sides, and pump grease tanks to the bottom using high-pressure water blasting.
Service period: March 1, 2027–February 28, 2030, with recurring and as-needed services; tank volumes and frequencies vary by location.
Equipment and disposal: Provide watertight pumping vehicles with gallon-measuring devices, suitable hoses, and disposal receipts. Vehicles must arrive empty and fit site access gates.
Emergency response: Respond within four hours and arrive on site within eight hours.
Additional services: Provide tank repairs and parts replacement as needed, plus storage container rental where requested.
Pricing: Include all labor, equipment, transportation, disposal, permits, taxes, and fees. Provide per-gallon pumping rates, emergency service rates, repair labor rates, and monthly container rental rates for the locations you can serve.
