Scope: Preventive maintenance, inspections, calibration where applicable, safety certification, and as-needed repairs for mixed-brand LPG, gas/diesel, and electric forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, and balers/compactors.
Schedule: Services through April 30, 2028; routine hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Maintenance may be monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or as needed.
Response: Respond to repair requests within 24 hours and arrive on site within two working days. Equivalent rental equipment may be required within 48 hours for repairs exceeding five working days.
Qualifications: Located within 200 driving miles of each location quoted, with factory-trained technicians or documented qualifying experience.
Pricing: Provide hourly maintenance rates by equipment type and repair rates for regular, after-hours, and emergency service. Include travel, supplies, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance kits/parts; other approved repair parts and rentals are reimbursed without markup. Include a minimum 90-day parts and workmanship guarantee.
