What the job is
Equipment: Eight kitchen suppression systems, primarily Ansul plus one Spring Air system, and 10 Class K extinguishers.
Scheduled service: Six semiannual system inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, certification, and tagging in April and October 2027–2029; annual extinguisher service each April. Replace all fusible links at every system service, priced separately per link.
Corrective work: Provide separate unit pricing for repairs, replacements, recharging, six-year extinguisher maintenance, and hydrostatic testing; include hourly labor, emergency mobilization, and materials markup. Repairs require prior written approval.
Requirements: C-16 and appropriate fire extinguisher service licenses; comply with NFPA 17A, 96, and 10, California Title 19, and manufacturer requirements. Include all labor, materials, travel, and applicable prevailing wages.
Site visit: Mandatory walkthrough October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 14941 Riverside Drive, Riverside, CA 92518; arrive 15 minutes early with photo ID.
Pricing: Break down recurring service costs by facility and service date for April 1, 2027–March 31, 2030.
