SoftwareFive-year cloud FCIS subscription with U.S. data hosting, OKTA/SAML access, dynamic condition scoring, capital planning models, and a populated five-year capital improvement plan.
ImplementationReconcile legacy data, load validated assets and locations into IBM Maximo Application Suite SaaS, implement automated bidirectional synchronization, and provide training.
Optional pricingSeparately quote Maximo-ready preventive maintenance job plans for 12,000 assets and a unit rate for inventory and tagging beyond the base count.
