What the job is
Connectivity: Minimum 500 Mbps combined or bonded throughput using LEO satellite (Starlink, OneWeb, or equivalent) and LTE/5G, with at least one SIM each from Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
Network: Bonding across satellite and cellular paths, automatic failover and auto-healing, carrier-agnostic SIM/eSIM hardware, static IPv4, and firewall integration.
Installation: Use existing antenna sleds, passthroughs, conduits, and cable pathways; no new pathways, core drilling, or structural alterations. Include outdoor-rated equipment compatible with existing UPS and generator-backed power, plus installation validation and failover testing.
Support: 24/7 monitoring, support, and alerting; provide speed, uptime, latency, packet-loss, and outage response/restoration guarantees.
Qualifications: C-7 licensed, DIR-registered installer, payment and performance bond capability, and staff able to pass Live Scan background checks. Include applicable prevailing wages.
Pricing: Itemize equipment, installation, hourly labor, monthly data and management fees, site visits, taxes, and bond fees; include a five-year cost estimate.
