- ImplementationInclude process recommendations, a design trade-off framework, a post-project evaluation tool, and a funding strategy; coordinate with the parallel Traffic Safety Action Plan.
- DeliverablesProvide administrative, public, and final drafts of an online guide. Public-facing digital materials must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and undergo accessibility testing.
- Budget and scheduleComplete the base scope within $400,000 by April 2029. Provide pricing by task and price optional services separately.
