- Comprehensive investigationsApplicant interviews, direct employer and reference contacts, 10-year employment and court-record checks, neighborhood inquiry, driving records, military and education verification, license checks, and social media searches. Police officer and dispatcher investigations must meet applicable POST requirements.
- Limited screeningSSN trace, address history, current and most recent prior county criminal checks within seven years, national criminal search with court verification, sex offender registry, driving record, required credentials, and education review.
- DeliverablesSigned investigation reports as searchable PDFs and printed tabbed binders; screening reports as searchable PDFs. Include turnaround in business days and monthly capacity.
- QualificationsCurrent California private investigator license, at least three years of California public safety background investigation experience, and POST-trained investigators for police officer and dispatcher work.
- PricingAll-inclusive per-applicant rates, separate entry-level and lateral rates for police officers and dispatchers, optional polygraph pricing, and an hourly rate for additional or canceled work. Include annual price adjustments for a five-year term with two optional one-year extensions. Volume is not guaranteed.
