What they need
- ReplacementReplace one 6-inch Febco Model 825 RP at 5140 E Dakota Avenue with a new, approved, lead-free potable-water RP assembly compatible with existing piping. Include connections, supports, removal, and disposal.
- RepairsRebuild one 4-inch Febco Model 825 RP and one 2-inch Wilkins Model 975 RP at 5575 E Airways Boulevard using complete OEM rebuild kits for both check valves and the relief valve.
- TestingProvide certified testing of all three assemblies before restoring service, passing certification reports, and required local reporting.
- CoordinationVerify installation dimensions and fire-system connections, coordinate water shutdowns, and verify thermal expansion control, including required corrective work within scope.
- Schedule and warrantyComplete within 30 calendar days after authorization to proceed; provide a minimum one-year workmanship and components warranty.
- PricingProvide an all-inclusive lump sum covering labor, materials, equipment, permits, applicable bonds, insurance, taxes, cleanup, and prevailing wages. A current C-36 plumbing license and qualified backflow tester are required.
