What the job is
Site Planning: Develop conceptual plans for selected aeronautical and non-aeronautical properties, including buildings, access, parking, utilities, drainage, and airside elements.
Site Assessment: Review available GIS/CAD data, surveys, imagery, easements, utilities, land-use information, and FAA Part 77 constraints; conduct site visits as needed.
Visual Materials: Produce building renderings, 3D visualizations, aerial overlays, and presentation-ready marketing graphics.
Deliverables: Provide draft and final plans in PDF, CAD, and GIS formats, along with editable source files and site data sheets.
Pricing: Submit all-inclusive hourly rates and any applicable subcontractor markup; separate travel, lodging, and per diem charges will not be paid.
