What the job is
Scope: Haul municipal and non-municipal solid waste; provide trucks, drivers, backup equipment, container change-outs, load securement, and spill cleanup.
Containers: Use two existing compactor containers and provide at least six 40-cubic-yard roll-off containers on-site at all times, with additional containers for change-outs. Supply requested containers within one operating business day (24 hours).
Estimated volume: 900 tons annually; approximately 14 loads monthly, averaging 7 tons per load.
Operating hours: Thursday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; provide a 24-hour emergency contact.
Haul destinations: Graywolf (48 miles), Yavapai Metal Recycling (33 miles), C&D Landfill in Prescott Valley (28 miles), and Patriot Disposal (30 miles).
Pricing: Quote single and double hauls per 40-cubic-yard load per mile, plus a per-cubic-yard breakdown. Include all hauling and container costs; disposal fees are paid separately. Identify applicable taxes separately.
Service period: November 15, 2026–December 31, 2027, with up to four annual renewals.
