Service period: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2028, with four optional annual renewals; trips scheduled as needed.
Buses: 45–48 and 54+ passenger coaches owned, operated, and maintained by your company, with working restrooms, heating/AC, equipment storage, and ADA accessibility when requested.
Drivers: Trained CDL drivers with required endorsements, annual physicals and drug/alcohol testing, and criminal and driving record checks.
Rates: Provide local four-hour minimum and additional hourly rates; day or mileage rates for Arizona day trips under and over 100 miles one way, overnight trips, and out-of-state trips. Use either daily or mileage billing per trip; a day is 24 hours.
Included costs: Include fuel, tolls, and operating costs, with no fuel surcharge or garage-to-pickup charges. Identify driver lodging and parking at cost. Multiple pickup points and weekday, weekend, or holiday service must carry no additional charge.
Cancellations: Free with at least 24 hours' notice; specify fees for shorter notice and curbside cancellations.
Insurance: General and auto liability coverage of $5 million per occurrence and $20 million aggregate; auto combined single limit of $5 million.
