Repairs and support: Mechanical and electrical repairs, all replacement parts using new OEM or manufacturer-approved equivalents, and telephone/remote support.
Response times: Telephone/email response within 6–8 business hours; on-site service within one business day after determining it is needed; priority scheduling for emergencies.
Service hours: On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Qualifications: Formax authorization letter and trained technicians required; services must be performed directly without outsourcing.
Pricing and term: Quote an all-inclusive monthly rate covering parts, labor, preventive maintenance, travel, and expenses for an initial 24-month term, with three optional 12-month extensions.
