New wellsInstall two wells near Magnolia Springs at approximately 30.3995, -87.7426 and 30.3997, -87.7762. Each approximately 65 feet deep, with 4-inch Schedule 80 PVC casing and 10 feet of Schedule 80 PVC screen with 0.010-inch slots, anticipated at 55–65 feet.
Well completionInclude 20/40 silica sand filter pack extending at least 2 feet above the screen, a minimum 2-foot bentonite seal, and grout to surface. Provide 3-foot casing stickup, removable cap, minimum 3-by-3-foot concrete pad at least 4 inches thick, and four capped PVC marker posts per well. Develop to turbidity of 10 NTU or less.
Existing well cleanoutRemove sediment and debris from the Gulf Shores well at 30.25564, -87.64563. Reported depth is 413 feet; actual depth and construction are unverified. Record accessible depths before and after cleanout and describe proposed methods.
Aquifer testingSupply pumps and test all three wells after development or remediation. Pump until water levels stabilize or 6 hours, whichever occurs first, following ASTM D4043-17; monitor recovery to static conditions. Include construction, remediation, and testing records.
