What the job is
Service period: October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027.
Lawn maintenance: Mowing, weed-eating, edging, and trash/debris removal from mowed areas and the parking lot, at least twice monthly or as needed; approximately 24 services.
Pine straw: Replace pine straw in beds twice yearly, including materials.
Shrub trimming: Twice yearly.
Pricing: Provide a separate per-service price for lawn maintenance, pine straw replacement, and shrub trimming. Supply all required materials and equipment.
Staffing: Work must be performed by the owner or legal employees; subcontracting is prohibited.
Mandatory site visit: October 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Attendance is required for quote consideration.
