  • Specifications½-inch × ½-inch stamps for 20-cigarette packs, heat-fusion applied, intaglio printed with at least five impressions and three distinct colors; compatible with USI and Redstamp equipment and adhering to cellophane and polypropylene.
  • SecuritySerialized stamps and rolls, safety-tinted security paper with UV-fluorescent fibers, watermark lettering, authenticatable ink, and tamper-destructive adhesion. Secure production, storage, and material accounting required.
  • FormatsState rolls of 30,000, 15 stamps across; state sheets of 150, 10 across, packed in 1,500-stamp pads. County rolls of 15,000, 15 across; county sheets of 100, packed 150 sheets per box.
  • Delivery and storageInsured, prepaid delivery by bonded carrier. Include lead time after artwork approval, ability to dispatch subsequent orders within three business days, and secure reserve storage with delivery within two business days upon request.
  • PricingProvide separate prices per 1,000 stamps for each of the four formats at the estimated volumes above, including freight; identify the freight component, any custom cylinder charges, and warranty or defective-product replacement terms.
