We are seeking quotes for Thanksgiving appreciation meal catering services at Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
Scope of work: Furnish all food, beverages, service personnel, serving and holding equipment, single-service dining ware, replenishment, cleanup, and waste disposal.
Meal quantity: Serve approximately 2,500 patrons with either Option A (Traditional Thanksgiving) or Option B (Novelty BBQ/Roast with a secondary meat choice).
Service date and time: Meal service is November 18, 2026, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST, ready by 11:45 AM, with a backup date of November 19, 2026.
Location and access: Building 2001 (In-flight Cafeteria), 2001 Mission Dr., New Cumberland, PA 17070, entering via ACP-4 at 2083 Normandy Dr.
Registration required: Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide their UEI and CAGE code to be eligible for award.
Contract and deadlines: Firm-fixed-price, LPTA award; questions due October 15, 2026 and quotes due October 23, 2026, both by 4:00 PM EST.

Pricing format
