We are seeking quotes for cafeteria and mobile food truck concession services at the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin in Tracy, CA.
Scope of work: Operate two cafeterias and one mobile food truck at the depot.
Contract type: Concessionaire contract where the contractor pays the NAFI a monthly fee or a percentage of gross sales, whichever is greater, and the NAFI pays nothing for the services.
Period of performance: Two-year base period from December 30, 2026 to December 29, 2028, plus eight one-year option periods.
SAM registration: Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide their Unique Entity ID (UEI).
Site visit: Site visit must be completed by October 28, 2026.
Key deadlines: Written questions are due to the Contracting Officer by October 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST, and proposals are due November 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
