  • Licenses & AccreditationMust hold all required state, federal, and local clinical laboratory licenses, permits, and accreditations, including out-of-state licenses for each state where originating specimens are tested.
  • Test EligibilityAll offered tests must have CPT codes, fall under CLIA-defined specialties or subspecialties, and use FDA-cleared reagents or be identified as Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs); home diagnostic tests are excluded.
  • No SubcontractingOfferors may not subcontract to another laboratory to circumvent any state licensing or permit requirement; the offeror must independently meet all solicitation requirements.
  • Contract TypeAwards will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule contracts for commercial items at stated prices for a given period of time.
